After receiving my BFA in fine arts from Massachusetts College of Art and Design in Boston, I took a leap of faith and moved 800 miles away to Durham, North Carolina during the pandemic, no less. I currently create artwork out of my home studio in Durham, making mixed media sculpture. I trained as a full-spectrum doula so that I could have a hands-on approach to community support and intersectional feminist activism, and work with clients of all ages, races, gender identities and financial situations.
Education
I received my BFA in Ceramics from Massachusetts Collage of Art and Design. While specializing in clay, I frequently sculpt in glass and fibers in tandem with my ceramic work.
I completed the full spectrum doula course with Homegrown Families located in Asheville, NC.
